The item listed was an 8gb MP3 player when I clicked through & I bought it. All paperwork sent through to me was for an 8gb item. The item that arrived was a 4gb and the website had changed to read 4gb so I was not very impressed. Upon calling and checking with the company their paperwork still had my order as an 8gb item. I was then told there had been a website error & if I wanted a refund to contact them.
Shame about the delay in my father's birthday present due to their poor performance!!
